During this three hour cooking class led by Chef Joseph Lake you will learn how to bring the rustic tastes of Italy home to your own kitchen. On the menu are dishes like Bruschetta a la pesto, Osso Bucco, and Torta Caprese e Balsamico (A flourless chocolate almond cake with balsamic cream!)
